I believe it is resin or a thick plastic; It has two attachments that can be used to hang it or it can be rested on a piece.
One Cherub/Angel has a blue sash and the other has a red/pink sash
The wings are in gold as is the trim of the banner.
Each angel/cherub is 4" tall and 2.5" at the widest part. The piece is approximately 6.5" wide and 4.5" tall
