A rare vintage Scovill Dritz No. 541 Metric Pin-Type Skirt Marker, designed for measuring and pinning hems with accuracy. Condition: Tool is unused – never put into service. However, there are some storage wear to packaging, light surface rust on the base plate (see photos). Original card packaging and printed instructions included. Details: Made in England by Scovill Dritz Ltd. Metric measurements up to 80 cm. Pin hemline and sewing line at the same time. Vogue Paris original pattern illustration on front (No. 1558).
