Vintage, Good Housekeeping's Cookery Compendium 1955/6. Original Box Hardback Book. The book belongs to my mother in law and was posted to her from the Waverley Book Company, London. Post marked 19/01/1956 so I assume this is the 1955 addition as there is no ISBN. It's a beautiful, comprehensive cookery book. It has been used so does have some amount of wear to the cover and the first inside page. All pages are present and legible. The book is free of dedications or highlighting. The box has some storage wear/tear, especially the base. Please refer to images. Measurements approx: 25cm x 19cm x 4.5cm.
