This is a vintage sleeveless velvet top or tunic, featuring an embellished stand-up collar and a decorative front panel with sequins and beadwork. It has a size 10 label but the measurement pit to pit is 16 inches so more of a modern size 6. It has two buttons on the front, one is hidden when done up and the bottom ones shows. The beaded and sequin detail is black and hard to show on photos. The length is 28 inches. Material label says mixed fibres.
