Has minor scuffs/scratches and a personal engraving but nothing too serious cosmetically. Not sure if it glows in the dark but I flashed UV light on it and the numbers and hands glowed for a few moments (see last pictures).
It used to work (3 months ago when I recorded the test video), I sold it to someone, packed it extremely carefully and when it arrived they said it didn’t work. I received the return and confirmed it no longer runs. Here is a time lapse video I took before listing of how it used to run but now it does not work.
