Vintage Wedgwood Jasperware Blue & White Trinket Boxes & Dish Greek goddess Cupid. This is a set of blue Wedgwood Jasperware trinket boxes and a soap tray featuring white Greek neoclassical relief decorations. The items are made from Jasperware, a type of unglazed ceramic developed by Josiah Wedgwood in the 1770s. The set includes a larger, scalloped round box, a smaller heart like shape box, and a soap dish. The white bas-relief designs depict classical scenes. The larger trinket box and soap dish depict goddess Aurora in her horse-drawn chariot and the smaller trinket box is an offering to Cupid scene. Good vintage shape no chips or cracks.
