This is a roll neck Aran knit made in Ireland by Aran Crafts. The color is a representative off-white, like chocolate chip. It's a great knit, allowing you to feel the beautiful three-dimensional knitting, the texture of the wool containing oil, and a solid weight.

The Liam Gallagher-esque roll neck is also a great point.
