This claret colored genuine leather, made in Italy designer handbag by Enrico Coveri is a truly rare find & a gem for all lovers of fashion. Enrico Coveri was born in Florence, Italy on 26 February, 1952. He studied at the Accadema delle Belle Arti in Florence. By 1979, established his own company in Italy & was an overwhelming fashion success. 1988 Enrico Coveri was named Commendatore della Repubblica; the only person ever to receive this accolade under the age of 35. His death in 1990 from lung cancer at the age of 38 ended his bright & illustrious fashion career. To find an original Coveri is like finding an original Picasso.
The Pre-owned bag is in nice vintage condition. The brass hardware has tints of green but will clean w/ a little polish. I don't polish the hardware because some collectors like the patina. "EC" is embossed in the front of the purse. Closes w/ turnlock flap AND zipper. Has two decorative zipper segments on the front. Soft Italian leather. Clean inside. No odors
