This Adidas track jacket is a classic item featuring the Trefoil (three-leaf) logo. This model is characterized by a combination of white with red three stripes and the Trefoil logo, especially the vintage items from the 70s to 80s manufactured by Descente in Japan.
This white and red color scheme, especially the vintage Descente-made ones, are highly rare and popular as collector's items.
The size is marked as size 2, so I think it's a Medium.
