VTG Victorian Style Cast Iron(& Copper?) Tilt Mirror & 2 Candlestick Holders

The paint is off-white like eggshell and has aged in spots to a cream. They do have some flaking paint. They are extremely heavy, and I think they are cast iron, but the decorative nuts and the rocker arm look copper. The bottom and the back appear to have a copper looking metal coming through the paint. But it could be a paint someone used at sometime on it.
I think it is Victorian, and I did buy it from an older lady downsizing to a smaller space. She told me she bought it at an antique store in the 90s. She bought it as a set with the 2 candlesticks. I do think it was married. The mirror gas a little clouding and a couple scratches.
The mirror is 19" tall X 11" wide. The base is 7" x 7".
The taller candlestick is 10.5" tall with a 3.5" x 3.5" base.
The shorter is 9" tall with a 4" diameter base.
The mirror did not want to stay tilted, and the nuts may be stripped a little but do hold well. Please look at the pictures well. Thank you. The base has 195 1/2 & mirror 197.
