◯ Popular due to the revival of 80's and 90's styles, these are short pants from the 90s, made in the USA by Gramicci.
Rare linen (HEMP) 100% body.
This isn't the flimsy linen fabric; it has a good weight, and the characteristic drape and flow of linen are excellent.
The color is a base earth tone, either beige or khaki, with a strong fade. It's like black pants that have faded to a grayish hue over time.
The fact that the waist can be tightened with a belt cord instead of a string is a good detail of Gramicci.
Gramicci is popular, so like Patagonia, you can find many at second-hand stores, but most of them are current or recent models, and very few are made in the USA.
Also, regarding this linen body, I personally collected items made in the USA from the 80s to the 90s, but this is the only linen piece I have. From my experience, they appear at a rate of about one in several dozen.
