The size is almost the same as the M size of the same model from COLIMBO.

The CWU-7P is a cold weather jacket developed in the 1970s for mechanics and ground crew of the U.S. Air Force.

It is one of the CWU (COLD WEATHER UTILITY) series, which is a successor model to flight jackets such as MA-1 and L-2B.
