British Army shorts.
These are vintage, locally-made shorts, likely produced in British territories at the time (Canada, Australia, India, Pakistan, etc.).
They were probably made in the 1950s-70s.
They are in good condition with little wear.
However, the stitching is somewhat rough, and there are also some weaving flaws (from the time of manufacture) in the fabric, but we hope you will appreciate this as part of the character.
The weaving flaw looks like a horizontal line near the left thigh. There is also one below the right rear waist. See photos 9 and 10.
There is a faint stain or mark on the left front, but personally, it's not noticeable at all. See photo 11.
There is no tag, but there are various stamps. I can't identify them.
