I just bought these in the early fall.
They are hickory denim pants from Okayama Denim High Rock (Kojima).
The size is listed as L, but it's unisex and equivalent to a 32-inch waist.
I've worn them twice.
They are like new.
The retail price was around 25,000 yen, I believe.
The ninth photo shows the hem fully extended. I usually wore them folded up like the left side in the photo.
The waist is a bit loose, but they stay on your hips, so it's fine. If you want a looser fit, you can adjust with a belt, etc.
