Excellent pre-owned pendant paired with a brand-new 24” sterling diamond-cut ball chain with a sliding adjuster. The large center stone is an orangish-brown faceted gem testing between quartz, spinel, and zircon, most consistent with a 6–7 ct cognac quartz. It features a brilliant oval checkerboard cut that shifts from warm orange to deep brown. A halo of tiny white accent stones, likely zircon, adds extra sparkle. Pendant is 925 sterling, probably rhodium-plated for tarnish resistance, marked 925 VJ China. Back curve appears to be a minor manufacturing quirk, not damage. Beautiful, eye-catching piece with excellent clarity and fire.
