this is a vintage early 2000s apple bottoms sweatshirt mini dress with a hood, graphic, ruching on the front, and rhinestones. this has stretchy material. the little gold apple bottom band on the front is half coming off, could easily be reattached.
In excellent condition, no flaws aside from some pilling
