This is a gorgeous vintage blue dress. This looks like a simple work dress long sleeves, midi skirt, high neck. However, the top has amazing shoulders: there are shoulder pads (of course!) but also a bit of foam to create a structured panels - hard to explain so check the pictures.
The neck has a bit of a cowl / mock look but ties in the back. It has elastic at the waist and a matching adjustable belt. There are buttons at the sleeves as well.
This is in great shape with minimal / no wear. It is unlined and ever-so-slightly sheer.
100% polyester
Measurements are unstretched but waist could easily stretch a few inches.
