Vintage WS George China Craft 284/840 H Oval Serving Platter. Pre-Owned.
This platter is part of the large 284/840 H Collection by W.S. George Pottery Company. This set is part of the Derwood Ivory Series. The description of the pattern is ivory background, blue swirl lines, black and grey wavy lines with platinum trim. The back stamp says China Craft. The pattern was introduced in the 1950's. The pattern is retired.
The last picture shows all the pieces that are available in my shop.
The platter measure 13 1/4" long. Due to the weight of this plate set, it will ship USPS Priority Mail and includes insurance.
The set is pre-owned and is in excellent vintage condition. There are no cracks or chips. The colors are vibrant. There are minimal usage marks.
