This vintage pair of ceramic egg cups features the rooster design from Pfaltzgraff’s Folk Art collection, produced circa 1970s–1980s. Each cup is molded in a figural rooster form with warm tan and brown glaze and a subtle blue rim accent.
Although unmarked, this specific rooster egg cup form is documented by Replacements.com as Pfaltzgraff Folk Art. Pfaltzgraff is known to have produced some accessory pieces without backstamps, particularly smaller items such as egg cups.
