Beautiful heart necklace that features a 3.75 carat heart shaped genuine mystic quartz accented by 2 natural diamonds at 0.01 carat in I-J color, I1-I2 clarity. The pendant measures 10x10 mm and hangs on 18 inch cable chain with spring clasp. Both the pendant and chain are stamped 925 for sterling silver. I checked the gemstones with Presidium, all natural.
