The Alcobaça White Bunny Rabbit Figurine is a type of ceramic figurine made in the town of Alcobaça, Portugal which has been producing this traditional handicraft for centuries.
The figurine depicts a white bunny rabbit in a sitting position, with long ears, black whiskers and delicate blue flowers with green leaves adorned throughout his body. The Alcobaça figurines are typically handcrafted from white clay, with a glossy finish that gives it a smooth and shiny appearance. This bunny is numbered and stamped Alcobaca Made in Portugal is stamped on the base as well as a sticker Made in Portugal is affixed.
The rabbit measures 10 3/4" at its highest, 7 1/4'" long and 3 1/2" wide. It is in very good overall vintage condition with no chips, cracks or crazing noted. Please see pictures for overall condition.
