Comes as near-complete set with majority of original inclusions, including: doll, dress, bathing suit, 4 tops, 2 skirts, 3 pairs of shoes, 4 pairs of sunglasses, sunglass/accessories stand, 5 postcards, 3 purses/bags, 2 brochures, luggage, mini tv, couch, pool chair, table with 2 chairs, jacuzzi, 2 beds, regular size tv, two concierge desks, 2 roller coaster cars, hotel and coaster sets, and hangers. Roller coaster functions like new with crank handle to lift coaster cars to track. ORIGINAL INSTRUCTION MANUAL BOOKLET INCLUDED (see last picture).
