Vintage fountain pen with "AL HIGH GOLD" engraved on the cap and a brown resin body.
It's an old eyedropper-filling type, and I was able to draw water, but I'm not sure how to use it.

I think it's an old item. It has a certain amount of wear and tear, and you can feel the depth of the years.
