Scattered cutwork and embroidery complement the breezy feel of this crinkled chiffon DVF dress. Flounced ruffles trim the covered elastic cuffs and waist, and slim ties secure the keyhole neckline. Sheer 3/4 sleeves. Lined.

Please note discoloration on the inside (if it shows through, it's not noticeable - I haven't seen that it does) and small hole at neck. You can arrange the cords to cover it though and could probably stitch it if you are handy.
