Vibrant vintage Joan Rivers Maltese cross or starburst style brooch featuring dragons breath and red gems with large faceted topaz colored stone in the center. I believe the stones are acrylic or plastic but looks like glass, and are beautiful -- the dragons breath cabochons have a lot of red-purple fire, accented by the hot pink rhinestones around them. Gold tone metal, marked "Joan Rivers (c)". Also included is a little insert (small hand written gift inscription inside it), a velvet pouch and outer cardboard box.
