Oh I love London blue topaz! So of course, I had to pick it up immediately once I saw it.
This is a genuine 6x9mm oval cut, faceted London Blue Topaz with three little accent cz diamonds to the left and the right.
The shank has an amazing rope design! This is also stamped 925 on the inside of the shank.
