This is a rare and substantial piece of Mid-Century Modern Italian art glass, attributed to Stelvia from the Empoli region, circa 1960s. Unlike standard cased glass which features color on the exterior, this piece utilizes a "Reverse Cased" technique, featuring a clean white opal glass exterior and a vibrant, translucent persimmon orange interior. It looks amazing when the sun shines through it!
