Maple Town Bear's Store Vintage '86 By Bandai Thailand Sylvanian Calico Critters

The bottom of the log cabin reads: "Maple Town Story Bandai Made in Thailand 1986". The figures say 1985 or 1986 "Epoch Taiwan". The fur is coming off on parts of many of the animals. Many of the outfits have staining or worn elastics. The bear store sign will not stay in place. There is glue residue to the back of the bookshelf and the top of one desk. The wheels are broken on the scooter and wheelbarrow / trailer. The stickers are worn on the cart (with some missing on the wheels) and doors to the cabin. The sink handle is broken off and one door wont stay shut. The wrapping on the small books are worn. I cannot confirm if all the outfits are complete or on the right figures. I’m sure this is not a complete set. L 13 1/2 x W 8 3/4 x H 14"; all measurements are at the tallest / longest part.
