The 1950s Betsy Wetsy doll is a vintage baby doll with curly brown molded hair, blue eyes that open and close, and a light complexion. Manufactured by Ideal in the United States in the 1950s, this original doll comes as a single unit without packaging.
She is missing eyelashes, has paint wear on her face and hair, bluish staining on rubber body, some scuff/marks/lines on body and there is a little rattle in head. When her eyes open they make a little sound also.
I don't know if the snap on dress and matching panties are original but they fit her well,. There are multiple stains on the dress and some wear areas on white trim.
