​This is a rare, original early 20th-century Southern Gospel songbook published by the legendary John B. Vaughan Music Company in Athens, Georgia. J.B. Vaughan (1862–1918) was a pioneer of the "shape-note" singing tradition, and this No. 3 edition is a significant piece of American musical history.
