“Records are scant, but Grubb seems to have been a jeweler and optician. Most jewelers back then dealt in silver and estate pieces, so more than likely he was the retailer, not the maker. He was active in the late 1800s, which would fit the style. These look to be late 19th century pieces of flatware, and probably date somewhere around 1890."
Set of 6 forks in varying condition - please reference photos. Monogram possibly says “JNW" but that is just my best guess.
