There are NO damages, just a few scratches on the plate, as shown! I have no idea how that happened as this was literally just used once to try it out! Easy Melt Cups keeps everything clean!

**Box isn't in great condition but there's NO damages at all with the warmer itself!!** I just couldn't get it out so I cut it to open it so I didn't scratch the warmer, they packed it too well, haha!!**
