Please note that the stitching at the bottom of the center front closure has a hem that will need to be re sewn. The stitching on the right front panel center closure has a thread hem that has come apart and runs approx 10" from the bottom hem upwards. There are no rips or tears associated with this flaw, just broken/missing thread. There is also some fraying along the bottom hemline as well as overall fading in color overall due to age and routine washing over time. No holes or stains.
