This is a figure of Hiroshi Hase, the wrestler-turned-politician.
He became a junior heavyweight champion but didn't make much of an impact. After moving up to heavyweight, he showed his true ability by teaming with Keiji Muto and Kensuke Sasaki, displaying his skill in matches. Especially his tag team with Keiji Muto felt like a great combination. His yellow tights were also very memorable.
