Made in the USA in either the 80s or early 90s
Measures 8" high, 13" wide, 3" thick on the bottom and a 23" strap drop
In amazing very clean condition, leather is soft and pliable no holes, dryrot or wear. There is one area of discoloration on the flap, looks like color transfer from something, see last photo
