Large Native American Spiral Healer Shaman Hopi Hand Granite Metal Sculpture in vintage preowned condition with a crack across one finger that is visible under bright light. It is about 10" long and 6" wide and rests on posts that are about 2" long. It appears to be made of carved granite attached to a heavy plate of cut and decorated aluminum or pewter (the metal is not magnetic). There are no maker's marks.
This is an estate find, and no one was really sure what it was. There was speculation that it was a door pull from a business, like a restaurant or art gallery or salon or studio. It rests horizontally on either side, as shown, but does not stand vertically.
