Barely played with, still in excellent condition. Lydia doll stands at 6" tall. Rare/hard to find.
According to the American Girl stories, Lydia was Samantha's doll but she gave it to her best friend, Nellie. It is part of the historical line product line released in 2004 and she was retired in 2008.
This girl doll features a curly brown hair, blue eyes, and a light complexion. With head, hands & forearms, and feet & lower leg made of procelain, this 6-inch doll has a soft cloth body and upper limbs and has non-removable clothing. Lydia's dress, hat, and pantalets are made of a beautiful cornflower blue silky fabric and are trimmed with ribbon and cream lace to reflect what "Turn of the Century" dolls looked like. This beautiful doll is an original piece and is in excellent condition, making it a sought-after item for collectors of American Girl dolls.
