Nippon Kogaku is the Original name of Nikon, these early production Novar 7x 50 are marked with "made in occupied Japan" which dates them to some of the first Japanese Binoculars to be exported during the allied occupation of Japan (from 1945 to 1952) immediately following WWII. These bincoluars are in excellent shape with crystal clear glass and are a neat piece of History.
The leather case has a severely worn strap but is otherwise in excellent condition
