Exciting Discovery! 1964 Tokyo Olympics Chef Roster Course Menu
A family member participated as a chef in the Tokyo Olympics. The roster includes:
Chef's name, chef company name, assigned Olympic venue, chef's address
We have blurred out some parts in the photo.
The menu file is probably unrelated to the Olympics, but it was stored together with the roster and seems to be a menu from that time (Kobe International Hotel). The family member was summoned by the Olympic Committee and dispatched from Kobe International Hotel. There is also a letter of appreciation from the Olympic Committee, making this a valuable document without a doubt.
Chefs at the Tokyo Olympics have been featured in movies, but as far as I could search, I have not come across this specific document.
