This is a Loewe tri-fold wallet.
I purchased it from an authorized Japanese retailer. I believe I bought it about four years ago.
I didn't know the product name, so I've listed it based on the included documents in the photos.
Regarding usage, it was a secondary wallet, so I probably used it about 10 times. When I used it, I only put cards in it. When not in use, I stored it with only banknotes inside.
As you can see in the photos, the condition is good, but it is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about that.
