This is a "Grandmacore,” "Cottagecore," or “Coquette” vintage 90s style cardigan by Margules Plus.
It has a creamy white base, that’s detailed with pastel pink flowers, cute embroidery, and 3D "bobble" knit accents that adds a whimsical, feminine touch. The sweater also has shoulder pads as pictured.

Color: White / Cream / Pink
The sweater does have some light pilling, mainly on the back and the brand/size tag is loose on one side. There is a small hole on the collar and one of the pink 3D accents is loose. Please see photos.
