Hello, you're looking at a tiny vintage glass vase boutonniere brooch/pin. The top edge is slightly fluted/scalloped like a flower petal. It is about 2.5 inches long and measures about 1.25 inches at the spout and the opening is about a quarter of an inch wide.
I am unsure of the metal used for the pin but it is silvertone and wraps around the neck of the vase.
Condition-wise, it is in good to very good shape with minimal wear on the glass and slight discoloration/tarnish on the pin. It comes in the black square box pictured, but it is not its original box.
