The black glass center has a smooth reflective surface & is bezel set. The surrounding gold tone frame features textured radiating details.
Circa mid century mourning revival, 1950s to 1960s.
White spots on the glass edge is light reflection. Coloring on the back near bottom part is reflection as well.
