Baby carrier is in good condition..all clips & straps are in tact..has minor pilling from wash & wear...Always hold your baby while securing clip on's whether your securing the bottom clips that have Velcro and clip on's or top one's..use caution when clipping on clips safely so that you don't pinch baby's legs or arms.Weight is for 8-32 pounds.Never bend without protecting your baby from falls..always have one hand or both around your baby to keep him from falling even when clips are on..First put carrier on ..use top back clip around top of your back and then adjust bottom strap & clip on waist ..careful don't pinch yourself..then secure two front Velcros on bottom of sides of carrier as well as clip on's..put your babies legs inside carrier while holding baby making sure both of his legs are out inside of each side of carrier while supporting baby's back.
