Charming enamel brooch hand painted with a romantic couple in nature. Surrounded by brass tone metal and scalloped edge of green enamel and brass brass tone border. Marked Fragonard on bottom RH side. This marking denotes the style (inspired by Fragonard paintings), not the maker. Marked TLM and Made in England on the back. Has loop to convert to necklace if desired. Chain is not present. I believe this piece is from the 30s or 40s.
