Hello, I am selling some gently used clothing items. This listing is for a Vintage girls dress that looks late 80s to early 90s in style and fabric, the manufacturer's tag is cut out of the peice. The dress is cotton. The cuffs have little stretchy bands inside to keep the cuffs on the wrists. The front has heart buttons and a little neck bow near the ruffle collar. It's a very cute piece. The fabric does have some fading, but it should last a while longer. The satin ribbon is frayed on the edges and does need to be trimmed. Dress buttons up in the back.

Length from shoulder to bottom hem - 17"
My best guess is this looks to be a size 2t in girls.
