This is a CROSS Classic Century sterling silver ballpoint pen. The text on the clip is in cursive.
There are scratches, small marks, and a dent on the lower barrel. There is a mark on the clip and a hole where it appears to have been removed. Please refer to the photos.
The common issues of the Classic Century, such as the barrel spinning freely or the inner mechanism coming loose, are not present, and the twist mechanism works well. The remaining ink level is unknown, but it writes properly.
