Super cute Vintage 1980s "Perspective" navy blue crushed velvet party dress. Features a "skater" silhouette with a semi-attached black tulle crinoline underneath for extra poof! Made of 100% Rayon, the velvet is incredibly soft and has a beautiful sheen.
Condition: Fair / AS-IS Vintage Condition. Sold for restoration or costume use.
Flaws: There is a hole/tear near the sleeve cuff (see photo). There is significant seam stress/pulling and thinning fabric at the underarms/side seams.
Good News: The metal back zipper works smoothly. The crinoline is intact. From a distance, it still looks stunning!
