Good pre-owned condition. One tassel's wrapping has come undone. Some missing/loose embroidery throughout but nothing major. Does not have slip. Please see last photo for measurements as well as details of the tassel and embroidery.
Free People Viceroy dress, size XS. Oversized. This dress has so many neat details. Frayed hem, butterfly print, sparkle/metallic floral print on sides, 4 tassels, ombre embroidery along front, embroidered sleeve ends, keyhole cutout back. Dress can be worn backwards as well!
