The top / jacket: long sleeves. Lightweight shoulder pads. Buttons Zoe the front. Collared. Looks like a white shirt under but it’s one piece. Black fringe. Conchas. Embroidered bird on each side.
The skirt: Long maxi. Zipper up the back. Elastic band in the back (some elastic has lost some of its stretchability). Full skirt. Lots of fabric.
Very pretty set. . Looks new (except for the worn tag). Very clean. No flaws to note.
